At Wilmington PRS , we undertook a 600mm under-pressure drilling for Fabricon Ltd. We were drilling a 24" Hole on a 24" main. Pressures in the main at the time of drilling were recorded as 27 bar. Using our lorry mounted crane to lift the 1200 TDW Drilling Rig we managed to navigate the intricate site excavation to install the 16' long drill . With a boring bar length of nearly 10', this drill is certainly a piece of equipment that catches the eye. With a drilling time of around 2-3 hours it is a perfect addition to flowstop services.
